Returns & refunds.

The proper wording is on the left. On the right, the same thing in plain words, the way we'd say it to you in person. If the two ever seem to disagree, the proper wording is the one that counts.

1. Two weeks, no reason needed, no cost.

   14 days, free

   You can return anything within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Returns are free: we send you a prepaid label.

2. Try it on like in a shop. Keep the pouch.

   What we need back

   Try swimwear on the way you would in a shop: over underwear, with the hygiene liner in place. Please send it back unworn otherwise, with its tags on. That's for the next person's sake as much as ours. Keep your pouch: it's yours.

   You can always return a piece. But if it comes back handled more than needed to try it on, or with the liner removed, the law lets us reduce your refund by the loss in its value.

   How to return

   Start a return from your account, or reply to your order email, or write to hello@collectifcreatif.co with your order number. We'll send the label and the steps.

4. Money back within 5 working days of it landing.

   Your refund

   We refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of your return reaching us. If you send back your whole order, we refund the standard delivery charge too. If you chose express delivery, we refund the standard rate.

   However you tell us, you'll never wait more than 14 days from telling us you're cancelling, though we can wait until the piece is back with us, or you've shown us it's on its way.

5. Different size, no charge.

   Swapping sizes

   Want a different size instead? Swaps are free. Tell us the size you want, and we'll send it as soon as your return is on its way, stock allowing.

6. Faulty is on us. Always.

   Faulty pieces

   If something arrives faulty, tell us within a reasonable time and we'll repair, replace or refund it, whichever you prefer. In its first year, we repair anything from us free of charge.

7. Your initials, your pouch.

   What we can't take back

   Pouches embroidered with your initials or a date are made to your instructions, so they can't be returned unless they arrive faulty. Artist pouches aren't personalised and can be returned.

   Your legal rights

   If you're in the EU or the UK, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the goods (for an order arriving in parts, the last part). This policy gives you at least that, and never less than your local law.

   To cancel, just tell us clearly that you've decided to, before the 14 days are up: from your account, by replying to your order email, or by writing to hello@collectifcreatif.co. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.

   Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We send a prepaid label, so you don't pay for the return.
