The confirmation email is the handshake.
Fold 02When you place an order you're making us an offer to buy. We confirm it by email, and that confirmation is when our agreement starts.
If something can't be made or sent, or a price was shown in error, we'll tell you and refund you in full. We never charge for something we can't send.
One fair price, never on sale, paid safely at checkout.
Fold 03Each piece has one fixed price per currency: US dollars, euros or pounds, depending on where you shop from. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment is taken securely at checkout by Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
We don't run sales, discount codes or private offers. The price you see is the price everyone pays.
We give, you don't pay extra.
Fold 04For every order, we give a fixed amount to the Collective you choose at checkout. It comes out of our side of the sale and is never added to your total.
Estimates, honestly given. Ours until it's in your hands.
Fold 05We ship from New York. Prices and estimated times for each region are on our delivery page. Times are estimates, not guarantees, but we'll always tell you if something is held up.
Unless we agree otherwise, we'll deliver within 30 days of confirming your order. If we can't, and a further reasonable date also passes, you can cancel and we'll refund you in full.
Outside the United States, your local customs may charge import VAT or duties on arrival. Those are set by them and aren't included in our prices.
The parcel is our responsibility until it reaches you or someone you've named to receive it.
14 days, free. Faulty is always on us, by law and by choice.
Fold 06You can return pieces within 14 days of delivery for free, and swap sizes for free. The details are in our Returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Everything we sell must match its description and be of satisfactory quality. If it isn't, you have legal rights to a repair, replacement or refund: in the EU for at least two years from delivery, and in the UK including a full refund within 30 days. These rights apply whatever else these terms say.
On top of that, we repair anything from us free of charge in its first year, and for a small fee after that. This promise adds to your legal rights; it never replaces them.
Made with your initials, so it's yours to keep.
Fold 07Pouches embroidered with your initials or a date are made to your instructions, so they can't be returned unless they arrive faulty. Artist pouches aren't personalised and can be returned like anything else.
Your drawing stays yours. We just get to pin it up.
Fold 08If you draw a star for the star wall, you keep the rights to it. You give us permission to show it, with the name you sign it with, on our site and social channels for as long as it's up.
Please don't draw anything hateful, explicit or that isn't yours. We check every star before it goes up and may decline or remove any. You can ask us to take yours down at any time.
Local consumer law always wins over our small print.
Fold 09Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live, including the right to cancel within 14 days if you're in the EU or the UK.
Our responsibility to you is limited to the price you paid for the order, except where the law doesn't allow that limit, such as for injury caused by our negligence.
New York law, your home protections, the version you ordered under.
Fold 10These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protections of the law in your own country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
